DBD Blacklist

Threat Level I: If your are Blacklisted with level I you have a definetly chance to come back. you've committed a minor confraction against DBD.

Threat Level II: If your Blacklisted with level II you have a  smaller chance to be accepted back to DBD. You've committed a severe but not so severe confraction against DBD.

Threat Level III: If your Blacklisted with level III you have a no chance to be accepted back to DBD. You've committed a severe confraction against DBD.

If you are Blacklisted, you have a chance to come back depending on how severe it is
